What’s our policy?
We will happily accept returns on all purchases with either a store credit or exchange within 10 days from delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packing , tags, etc. with a copy of the purchase receipt. Shipping costs from Potted are not refundable. Cost for a return shipment is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
How do I do a return?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the information of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. You will receive an email from Potted within 7 days of your request with instructions. If you received a gift from the Pottedstore website, your gift will be refunded for a store credit.
We pack and inspect our merchandise carefully to insure a safe delivery. If however damage does occur, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement. UPS and FedEx usually require an inspection in the event of damage, so please hold on to all packing materials and the damaged item until damage assessment is resolved. Please, inspect all deliveries carefully upon arrival.
Currently, we are shipping to addresses within the Continental USA only. All orders are shipped either UPS ground or FedEx ground (which averages 4 to 5 business days) unless other arrangements have been made. In stock orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. If we cannot ship within 2-3 days we will inform you with new shipment date via email. Custom orders and drop ship items have a longer lead time and specifics are noted in the item description. Shipping charges are based on purchase amounts unless otherwise noted in the product description.
01 to 50.00= $9.95
50.01 to $75.00 = $11.95
75.01 to 100.00= $16.95
100.01 to 150.00= $19.95
150.00 and over= 13.50% of cost

An email will be sent to you confirming shipment with tracking information.
At Potted, we recycle shipping materials in an effort to reduce waste.
Cancellations & Backorders
Once an order is processed and packaged a 15% cancellation fee will be incurred if you choose to cancel. For items that are made-to-order from a third party or special-ordered, the cancellation fee is 40%. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and the shipment will not be backordered unless approved by you, the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays by the manufacturer. We work conscientiously to make sure our customers receive the best possible customer service available.
California sales tax will be added to your order if we are shipping within California.
The Potted website features secured payments and is hosted on a server featuring SSL (secure socket layer). SSL is a protocol that allows a web browser and a web server to communicate securely by encrypting all information sent.
